Education Assistance

Our Education Assistance program is designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge so you can take your career to the next level while continuing to contribute to the company’s success. The program offers scholarship opportunities and tuition discounts through our partnerships with St. Louis-based universities, online institutions and the Two Ten Footwear Foundation.

Who is Eligible

You’re eligible to apply if you’re currently meeting performance expectations and

  • You’re a full-time Associate at a U.S. office, U.S. distribution center or U.S. manufacturing facility

-- OR --

  • You’re a full-time U.S. Regional Vice-President of Sales, Regional Director of Sales, Regional Store Manager, District Sales Manager, Territory Manager, Associate DSM, Store Sales Manager, Area Manager or Associate Sales Manager.

Associates who were not with the organization during the last Performance Management cycle or did not complete a performance review must have supervisor approval.

Application Process and Key Dates

Step 1: Show how your coursework will contribute to your career goals and add value in your role at Caleres. Once you have completed the program application, save a copy and email it to your supervisor.

Step 2: Your supervisor will review the application. If no edits are needed, he/she will electronically sign and date the form, save a copy and email it to CaleresLearning@caleres.com.

Step 3: Applications will be reviewed by your HR Business Partner. You will be notified about your application status and, if accepted, the amount to be awarded.
