Eligibility

BenefitBump is available if you are a full-time associate (regularly working 30 hours or more per week) with one year of service or more, and your family members.

Caleres offers support for growing families via BenefitBump at no additional cost to your family.

Based in Saint Louis, Missouri, BenefitBump is a proactive, emotional-health forward benefit navigation program designed to support all paths to parenthood by providing concierge-level assistance to growing families. BenefitBump has mobile tools and a dedicated Care Team to help you:

  • Get the most out of your Caleres-provided benefits and programs related to pregnancy, childbirth, and adoption
  • Plan and apply for leave
  • Improve your wellbeing and reduce stress via personalized emotional support

Resources are available pre-pregnancy or adoption, during pregnancy or an adoption process, and post-delivery or successful adoption. And, BenefitBump is there for you if things don’t go as planned such as the loss of a baby or complications during an adoption.
