Address Change
If your change in marital status includes a move, be sure to let Caleres know your new address through Ceridian Dayforce.
Tax Withholding
Marriage status also can affect your tax withholding choices. You can make this change through Ceridian Dayforce.
Name Change
If you need to change your name, contact MDFCaleres@ceridian.com or call 1-866-279-4357. Please supply a copy of the marriage certificate and Social Security card.
Beneficiary Designations
Want to add or remove your spouse as a beneficiary of your life, accidental death or business travel accident insurance?
