2025 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2025 benefits is November 4–15, 2024.

This is your once-a-year chance to enroll in or make changes to your benefits for the next plan year, which starts January 1, 2025.

When you’re ready to enroll, log into Dayforce  beginning November 4.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR 2025

Caleres makes an investment in you by offering and paying the majority of the costs for a suite of benefit plans and other rewards designed to make your life easier.

We review our benefits every year to make sure we’re providing the best value for you and your family. Most of your benefits will remain the same in 2025, but we are making a few changes.

Prescription coverage

When you enroll in a Caleres medical plan, you automatically receive prescription coverage. In 2025, our prescription coverage will be provided by Express Scripts. We are pleased that 99% of pharmacies currently used will also be in-network with Express Scripts.

Plan updates

You may see some differences in the formulary, which is a list of medications covered by the plan. This could impact the cost of medications. Starting in 2025, we are excited that we will offer coverage for fertility medications. Also starting in 2025, there will be discounted pricing for mail-order prescriptions.

Look for more information

Watch your mail at home for information from Express Scripts. It will address formulary changes that may affect you and provide instructions for handling the transition with your pharmacy.

Download the app

Starting in January, you can manage your prescriptions with the Express Scripts app.

Medical plans

Health care inflation is affecting all of us this year. As a result, you will pay a higher medical plan premium in 2025.

Fertility coverage

We are enhancing our fertility coverage starting in 2025 in all of the UHC and Surest plans from a $5,000 annual maximum to a $20,000 lifetime maximum. Details on how to use this benefit will be available in the plan documents in early 2025.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T ENROLL?

If you don’t do anything, your current coverage will continue in 2025 except your HSA and FSA. If you want an HSA or FSA in 2025, you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment.

Your next chance to enroll or make changes won’t be for another year, unless you have a qualifying life event, like getting married or having a baby.

TAKE ACTION DURING OPEN ENROLLMENT

All your benefits information is available on YourCaleres.com. During Open Enrollment, you can enroll in, drop, or change the following benefits:

Health

Reminder: If you want to contribute to an HSA or FSA in 2025, you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment. These do not automatically carry over to the next plan year.
