Resources through Garner Health are available at no cost to you and your spouse/domestic partner, and dependent children who are enrolled in the Consumer Plan. If eligible and you use Garner to find a doctor and see that doctor for medical care, Caleres will cover $1,000 of your eligible out-of-pocket medical bills ($2,000 for families) after you pay the first $1,400 ($2,800 for families) of your deductible. Here’s how Garner works: Garner analyzes the largest collection of medical data in the country to find doctors with the best history of accurately diagnosing health issues and successfully treating patients. When you need a doctor, you can use Garner’s mobile app (iOS and Android), website, or chat with a concierge to find the right doctor for your needs who is near you, in-network, and available for appointments. After you pay the first $1,400 ($2,800 for families) of your deductible, you can access an HRA (an account funded by Caleres with $1,000/$2,000) to pay for eligible expenses.
