Your annual performance review is based on what you do (Your Position Accountabilities or Objectives) and how you do it (Core & Leadership Behaviors). The “what” and the “how” are each weighted 50% to determine your overall performance rating.

Throughout the year, you have the opportunity to create objectives so you and your supervisor can manage your performance metrics.

The performance review process happens at the end of each fiscal year. You and your supervisor are encouraged to use the off-cycle review process to continue performance discussions throughout the year.
