Virta Health supports members across the metabolic health spectrum, including type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity. Virta blends personalized nutrition tailored to each member’s metabolism with provider-led support. The program includes:

- Daily support from a health coach
- Free meters, test strips and a connected scale

EncircleRx Through Express Scripts
To further support your health and well-being, we're adding EncircleRx – a new weight management program that includes coverage for select prescription weight management medications. Calm Health is available at no cost to you and your dependents age 16 or older if you’re covered by a UHC or Surest plan. It includes online and app-based resources for sleep, meditation and mindfulness. It also offers mental health screenings, self-guided learning, evidence-based content and referrals.
