Paid Time Off (PTO)
Eligible associates accrue PTO based on their years of service. Paid sick time is available to eligible associates regardless of how long they’ve worked at Caleres.
Holidays
Caleres associates receive several paid holidays during the year. Check the holiday calendar for your role.
Leaves of Absence (LOA)
Eligible associates can use paid and unpaid leave options for extended time away from work.
Request a leave
For Family and Medical Leave or Short-term Disability, file a claim with Matrix call 1-877-202-0055, or visit the Matrix eService app.
For other leaves, submit a Leave Request Form to the Caleres Leave Administrator at hrservices@caleres.com or by fax at 314-854-2014.
