2026 Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2026 is closed. 

New hires have 30 days from their start date to enroll in Dayforce.  If you are eligible, Dayforce will prompt you to make separate elections for 2025 and 2026. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR 2026

Caleres makes an investment in you by offering and paying the majority of the costs for a suite of benefit plans and other rewards designed to make your life easier. We review our benefits every year to make sure we’re providing the best value for you and your family. Your benefits will remain the same in 2026, and we will be adding a few new programs.

Dependent Care FSA limit increase

The IRS has increased the limit for Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts to $7,500 for 2026 – up from $5,000!

PREMIUM INCREASES

Nationally, gross health care costs are the highest in decades, projected to increase at least 9% for 2026. At Caleres, we will experience increase in premiums, targeted slightly lower than the national average, while continuing overall cost share of 70% company paid and 30% associate paid. VERIFY YOUR DEPENDENTS

If you elect coverage for your dependents for 2026, you will need to verify your relationship to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements, as defined by our plan documents. Verifi1 will contact you by mail or email after Open Enrollment to request the necessary documents. You must complete this process by the end of the year to ensure your dependents are covered in 2026.

Virta Health through UnitedHealthcare

Virta Health supports UHC and Surest members across the metabolic health spectrum, including type 2 diabetes, prediabetes and obesity. Virta blends personalized nutrition tailored to each member’s metabolism with provider-led support. The program includes:

  • Continuous medical supervision for safe prescription management
  • Daily support from a health coach
  • Free meters, test strips and a connected scale
  • Private, opt-in forum for peer support
  • Meal plans, videos, games and more

EncircleRx through Express Scripts

To further support your health and well-being, we're adding EncircleRx – a new weight management program that includes coverage for select prescription weight management medications if you're covered by a UHC or Surest plan.
